WIPESTAR anti-static cleanroom wipers are made from 100% continuous filament polyester knit fabric with high-performance static dissipative fibers. Their surface is soft, with long-lasting anti-static effects, suitable for wiping the surfaces of sensitive electronic components.

They don't lose fibers when wiping and has good water absorbency and cleaning efficiency.

The spacing between static dissipative fibers is 8mm.

The four edges are laser or ultrasonic sealed with a fabric weight of 120 GSM.

Available in four sizes: 4" x 4", 6" x 6", 9" x 9", and 12" x 12".

Product Features

● Surface resistance value of 10^5-10^11Ω, which can reduce the damage of static electricity to the product while wiping dust.
● The static dissipation speed is less than 1.5 seconds and can be adjusted according to the process. The voltage from friction can be less than 100V.
● Produced in a Class 100 cleanroom, the anti-static value of each batch is controlled to ensure that the anti-static function meets the requirements.
● Cleanliness is tested according to IEST method.
● The width of static dissipative fibers can be adjusted according to customer needs.
● The four edges are laser sealed with minimal generation of lints and particles.
