WIPESTAR quilted cleanroom wipers are made from 2-ply 100% polyester using ultrasonic embossing technology.
The quilted 2-ply polyester significantly enhances dry/wet strength, liquid absorption, and abrasion resistance.
The four edges are laser sealed with a fabric weight of 240 GSM.
Available in 4 sizes: 4"*4", 6"*6", 9"*9", 12"*12".
● Excellent solvent absorption and chemical resistance, compatible with various solvents.
● Silicone-free, low dust generation, low ion content, and low NVR.
● Laser-sealing on 4 edges minimizes the generation of fibers and particles.
● Produced in a Class 100 cleanroom and laundered with ultra-pure water.
