WIPESTAR microfiber cleanroom wipers are single knitted with ultra-fine fibers (80% polyester + 20% nylon), capable of adsorbing dust inside and between the fibers for deep cleaning.

The fabric texture is soft and delicate, making it less likely to scratch surfaces during wiping.

The four edges are laser or ultrasonic sealed with a fabric weight of 160 GSM.

Available in four sizes: 4" x 4", 6" x 6", 9" x 9", and 12" x 12", with a total of 8 models.

Product Features

● Ultra-fine fibers enhance the adsorption of dust particles and oil stains. They have a unique advantage in removing particles smaller than 0.5µm, along with excellent solvent absorption and chemical resistance, compatible with various solvents.
● Free of silicone, with low dust emission, low ion content, and low NVR (non-volatile residue), making them suitable for critical environment wiping.
● The soft and delicate cloth surface is ideal for wiping scratch-prone surfaces such as optical lenses, with minimal lint and residue.
● Options for laser or ultrasonic edge sealing provide a smooth and flat surface, reducing the risk of damage and ensuring high cleanliness.
● Produced in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom and cleaned with ultra-pure water.
