The WFS740C is a 316mm long polyurethane foam swab with a small flat head featuring barbs for enhanced attachment, flexibility, and a longer handle, making it suitable for cleaning hard-to-reach narrow spaces or gaps. It is ideal for applications requiring repeated wiping with stronger head adhesion. The head is made of high-quality 100ppi (100 pores per inch) polyurethane foam, bonded through hot pressing to avoid adhesive contamination. The swabs are produced in a cleanroom environment, featuring extremely low ion and non-volatile residues (NVR). The manufacturing process is highly automated for strict and consistent tolerances, compatible with various solutions and disinfectants, and packaged in silicone-free and amide-free bags.
