WFS757 Foam Cleanroom Swabs

The WFS757 is a 68mm long polyurethane cleanroom swab with a small flat head (paddle head), designed for flexibility and resilience, allowing it to bend slightly, making it ideal for cleaning narrow areas and cracks. The head features barbs that enhance the sponge's adhesion, effectively cleaning stubborn stains without dislodging even after repeated use. The head is made from high-quality 100ppi (100 pores per inch) polyurethane foam, bonded through hot pressing to avoid adhesive contamination. These swabs are produced in a cleanroom environment, featuring extremely low ion and non-volatile residues (NVR). The highly automated manufacturing process ensures strict and consistent tolerances, compatible with various solutions and disinfectants, and packaged in silicone-free and amide-free bags.
