VIMF 2026 — Vietnam International Industrial Manufacturing & Automation Exhibition
Three days. One booth. The cleanroom and industrial consumables partner that doesn’t just sell product — we spec it to your factory and zone.
Vietnam’s industrial manufacturing and automation ecosystem has grown at double-digit rates every year this decade — and Bac Ninh, with its industrial parks, electronics assembly hubs and foreign investment clusters, is where that growth concentrates. If you’re building or running a manufacturing operation here, VIMF is three days where supplier decisions move faster than a quarter of email. We’re bringing our product line, our qual teams, and the spec sheets that don’t survive the weekend to Booth Hall E 289.
What we aren’t bringing: a brochure stack. Our favorite show conversations end the same way — the customer leaves with a sample kit, a price estimate and a supply schedule, and we leave with a floor plan and a list of the chemistries running at their plant. Come with questions. We come with answers.

Who Should Stop by Hall E 289
VIMF’s visitor base spans manufacturing plant managers, engineering teams, EHS leads, quality managers and procurement buyers. If your role matches one of these, we have exactly what you need:
- Cleanroom and quality leaders at electronics, medical and pharma factories. Vietnam’s electronics assembly, semiconductor packaging and medical manufacturing sectors are WIPESTAR’s core customer base. If you manage a controlled environment, stop by.
- EHS and maintenance managers. Spill control, industrial wiping, PPE, electrostatic discharge programs — our booth covers the full industrial safety stack.
- Procurement and sourcing teams. Standardization across plants, framework supply agreements, on-time replenishment and batch price quotes — come with your SKU list, we come with the offer.
- Engineering at automation integrators. Robotic cell maintenance, end-effector cleaning materials, and ESD-safe consumables for automation projects.
What’s on the Stand
The booth carries the semiconductor, pharma and industrial product lines most relevant to the Vietnamese manufacturing scene, with physical samples you can compare side by side — cleanroom cloth edge finishes, pre-wetted wipe saturation, absorbent pad capacities and more.
| Product Group | What to See at Booth E 289 | Who It Helps |
|---|---|---|
| Full Product Catalog | Wiping cloths, pre-wetted wipes, PPE, sterile products and spill control — the full range represented with samples | Anyone reviewing their vendor panel |
| Wiping Cloths | Sealed-edge polyester, microfiber and nonwoven — compare edge construction, lint and absorption side by side | Cleanroom, maintenance and packaging line teams |
| Pre-Wetted Wipes | 70% IPA disinfectant, oil-cleaning, heavy soil and sterile formulations — the factory-saturation alternative to bench wetting | Assembly, maintenance and controlled-environment cleaning |
| Spill Control | Oil-only, universal and chemical absorbent pads and socks — color-coded family with on-site capacity demo | EHS, maintenance and warehouse teams |
| Industrial & Cleanroom PPE | Gloves, masks, coveralls and cleanroom clothing — sterile and non-sterile formats | Every production role on the floor |
| Sterile Products | Sterile gloves, face masks, coveralls, pre-wetted wipers and cleanroom swabs — gamma-irradiated, lot-certified | Pharma, medical device and electronics packaging |
Spec sheets, certificates of irradiation and ESD data are all on hand. Bring your incoming QA checklist or your EHS scope and we’ll walk through it together — the whole point of a face-to-face show is that you don’t have to read ten PDFs to decide if a supplier is real.
Suggested Visit Schedule by Day
VIMF runs Wednesday through Friday, and each day has its own rhythm. Here’s how to pick the most productive window for your role:
Day 1 — Wednesday, November 04 (Opening Day)
Arrive 10:30 – 12:00 for technical meetings. Doors open at 09:00 and the first 90 minutes are busiest with badge collection and security queues. By 10:30, the crowd settles and the booth team is fresh for deep technical conversations. Avoid 14:00 – 15:30 — lunch-hour traffic makes every booth feel rushed.
Day 2 — Thursday, November 05 (Busiest Technical Day)
Best slots: 09:00 – 10:30 and 15:30 – 17:00. Thursday draws the most plant engineers and EHS managers, so scheduled meetings at these two windows are the only way to guarantee uninterrupted discussion. 13:00 – 14:30 is the window for sample pickup and quick quote revisions on your way between booths.
Day 3 — Friday, November 06 (Conclusion Day)
Best slots: 09:00 – 11:00. Traffic thins out by lunch on the last day, and the afternoon sees tear-down prep. If you’re finalizing supply agreements or need a formal meeting sign-off, morning is the window. After 14:00 the booth team is mostly doing follow-up with scheduled visitors, so drop-ins get shorter attention.
Getting There — Bac Ninh Venue Logistics
The Kinh Bac Cultural Center sits at the center of Bac Ninh Province, a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport and roughly 120 kilometers from Ha Long. For visitors based in Ho Chi Minh City or abroad, the most practical route is Hanoi-bound flights plus the airport shuttle or pre-booked private transfer to the venue — VIMF runs official shuttle buses from Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport on all three show days, departing at 07:30, 08:30 and 09:30.
International visitors should complete Vietnam’s e-Visa approval online before travel. VIMF badges are available on-site with a business card and ID, but pre-registration through the expo’s official channels speeds entry — badge collection on opening day is the longest queue of the show.
Who You’ll Meet at the WIPESTAR Booth
We’re staffing the booth with the people who normally handle follow-up after the show — so you can skip the “email that person later” and get the answer you came for in the moment.
Ethan — Sales Director
Ethan has over 20 years in industrial wiping cloth and cleanroom consumables and leads WIPESTAR’s global team — framework agreements, multi-site standardization and cross-border supply are all on his desk.
Lee — Key Account Sales Manager
Lee has served Foxconn, Samsung and Apple since 2018 and runs multi-site programs — he’ll quote lead times, stock plans and pricing for your Vietnam plant cluster directly at the booth.
Yunyun — ESD Project Manager
Yunyun specializes in static control technology and ESD solution implementation for cleanrooms and electronics manufacturing. Bring your IEC 61340 or ANSI/ESD S20.20 questions — she brings the technical conversation.
