Pre-wetted with 0.2 µm (micron) filtered USP-grade 70% IPA / 30% DIW and provide consistent, optimized cleaning efficiency with repeatable wetness and VOC levels.
Applicable for Cleanroom Environment: ISO Class 3 - 7, Class 1 - 10,000, EU Grade A - D.
- 1. The edging process for the lint-free fabric is highly advanced, minimizing the generation and release of edge particles.
- 2. The fabric maintains consistent pre-moisturization and volatile organic compound (VOC) levels, continuously providing high-quality wiping performance.
- 3. Cleaned and packaged in a cleanroom environment, the fabric has ultra-low ionic content and non-volatile residues, making it suitable for critical area cleaning.
- 4. Packaged in re-sealable zipper bags, it is easy to use and reduces solvent evaporation, ensuring consistent moisture content of the wipes.
- 5. Non-sterile and sterile products are available to meet the high-performance requirements of demanding application environments.
