WIPESTAR at INTERPHEX 2026 New York | Live Show Report

It’s Day 2 at the Javits Center, and my feet are telling me this is a real trade show. The aisles have been packed since doors opened at 9 AM, and our team has been in nearly continuous conversation with biopharma professionals from across North America — and honestly, a fair number from Europe and Asia too. This is WIPESTAR’s first time exhibiting in the United States, and the energy at Booth 1664 has been everything we hoped for and more.

I’ve been answering emails from our Chinese headquarters for years, but standing here in New York, watching a quality manager from a New Jersey pharma plant pick up our sterile pre-wetted wipers and actually feel the texture — that’s different. That’s the conversation you can’t have through a PDF catalog.

Why We’re Here — and What We Brought

INTERPHEX has always been on our radar. It’s where biopharma meets the supply chain, where the people running GMP facilities actually walk the floor and kick the tires on what vendors are offering. For WIPESTAR, a brand under MRC Group that’s built its reputation on cleanroom wiping solutions in Asia, this show is the logical next step. We’ve been supplying sterile products to pharmaceutical manufacturers for years. Now we’re here to introduce ourselves to the North American market face-to-face.

Our sterile product line is front and center this week. That includes:

  • Sterile pre-wetted wipers — ready to use out of the bag, validated for GMP environments. A quality director from a Boston-area biotech firm spent twenty minutes at the booth yesterday asking about our IPA saturation levels and triple-bag packaging. He took samples.
  • Sterile cleanroom swabs — for precision cleaning where a wiper can’t reach. We showed a contamination control engineer from a vaccine manufacturer how the tip flexibility works on valve surfaces.
  • Sterile cleanroom gloves — latex and PVC options, textured fingertips for grip in aseptic operations.
  • Sterile cleanroom face masks — because the last thing you want in a Grade A environment is particle shed from the operator’s PPE.

The common thread? Everything we’re showing this week is designed for environments where “clean enough” isn’t acceptable. These are products for facilities where a single contamination event can mean a batch rejection, a recall, or worse.

The Conversations That Matter

What struck me most yesterday wasn’t the traffic volume — though the aisles have been busy — but the quality of the questions people are asking. These aren’t generic “what’s your price per case” conversations. The people stopping by our booth know their contamination control challenges inside out.

A process engineer from a cell therapy facility in Pennsylvania asked about extractables testing on our sterile pre-wetted wipers. She’s had issues with residue affecting her cell culture viability. We walked through our QC process, the documentation we provide with each lot, and the certificate of analysis that travels with every shipment. She left with technical data sheets and a contact for our quality team.

Later, a procurement manager from a generic drug manufacturer told me he’s been sourcing sterile wipers from a European supplier for years, but lead times have stretched to twelve weeks. He asked if we could do better. I explained MRC Group’s supply chain infrastructure — the manufacturing capacity, the logistics network we’ve built serving Asian pharma markets. He took my card.

These are the conversations you can’t have through email alone. Standing at a booth, handing someone a sample, watching their reaction when they feel the material — that’s where relationships start.

What Visitors Are Asking About

A few questions have come up repeatedly over the past two days:

  • “What’s your sterility assurance level?” — Our sterile products undergo gamma irradiation validated to a 10⁻⁶ SAL. We documented the process for a validation engineer who needed the data for his own regulatory file.
  • “Do you have US-based distribution?” — This is a fair question for a company making its US debut. We explained that we’re actively building North American distribution partnerships, and INTERPHEX is part of that process.
  • “Can you customize packaging?” — Yes. We’ve done custom bag sizes, private labeling, and specific saturation levels for customers who need something off-catalog.

One theme that’s emerged: people are frustrated with their current suppliers’ documentation. Missing COAs, incomplete lot records, slow response times on technical questions. These aren’t minor annoyances when you’re running a GMP facility. They’re compliance risks. That’s where we see an opening.

The Bigger Picture — Why INTERPHEX, Why Now

We could have waited. That’s what a few people suggested. “Build more brand awareness first. Start smaller.” But honestly, if you’re serious about the North American biopharma market, you come to INTERPHEX. You stand on the floor and have the conversations. You don’t hide behind a website.

For WIPESTAR, this show is a declaration of intent. We’ve spent years building our capabilities in cleanroom wiping, sterile processing, and contamination control. We’ve served domestic pharmaceutical manufacturers through some of their most demanding production challenges. Now we’re bringing that expertise to a market where supply chain reliability and documentation quality are under more scrutiny than ever.

The timing isn’t accidental. Biopharma supply chains have been through a lot in recent years. Companies are rethinking single-source dependencies, evaluating alternatives, asking harder questions about where their consumables come from. We’re here because we think we have good answers.

What Comes Next

INTERPHEX runs through tomorrow, April 23rd. If you’re at the Javits Center, stop by Booth 1664 in Hall 2. The carousel above gives you a sense of what we’ve got on display — and honestly, photos don’t fully capture the texture and handling characteristics of our sterile products. You need to feel them for yourself.

After the show, we’ll be following up with everyone who stopped by. Samples will ship. Technical conversations will continue. For companies interested in deeper evaluation, we’re open to trial programs and on-site assessments.

In the meantime, our full product catalog is available online. For specific inquiries about sterile products, documentation requirements, or custom configurations, reach out to our team directly at info@wipestar.com or +86-755-89616775.

One More Thing

I’ve been doing customer service long enough to know that the best relationships don’t start with a sales pitch. They start with a real conversation about a real problem. If your sterile consumables are causing headaches — documentation gaps, supply delays, quality inconsistencies — tell us about it. We may not be the right fit for every facility. But we’ve solved enough contamination control challenges to know when we can help.

See you at the booth. Or in your inbox. Either way, let’s talk.
